3. Quotations and Pricing

• All quotations provided by Static Electrical LTD are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change based on material costs, labour, or unforeseen site conditions.
• Any additional work not specified in the original quotation will incur extra charges, which must be agreed upon before commencement.

4. Booking and Cancellations

• Bookings are confirmed only once written or verbal confirmation is received and a deposit (if applicable) has been paid.
• If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Failure to give adequate notice may result in a call-out or cancellation fee.

5. Payments

• Payment terms will be outlined on the quotation or invoice.

Unless otherwise agreed, full payment is due upon completion of the work.

• Static Electrical LTD reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

6. Liability and Warranty

• All work carried out by Static Electrical LTD is performed by qualified electricians and complies with current UK electrical safety standards.
• We provide a 12-month workmanship guarantee on completed work unless otherwise stated.

• This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or interference by others.

  • Pre-existing faults in your electrical system.

  • Third-party products or materials not supplied by us.

Static Electrical LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or website.
